H.E. Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche received a very grand welcome to Nubra, Ladakh at Diskit Monastery.
Rinpoche was warmly accompanied along the entire journey from Leh to Nubra by Kyabjé Thiksay Rinpoche for the deeply heartfelt reception.
The welcome ceremony began near Khardung La Pass, led with great devotion by the Abbots and senior monks of Diskit and Samten Ling Monasteries, along with the Deputy Chief Councillor of the Ladakh Hill Council Autonomous Region, the President of the Nubra Buddhist Association, and the heads of all Nubra’s villages.
Senior monks, dignitaries, and many local residents joined to offer their respects.Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the warm and respectful welcome in the breathtaking landscape of Nubra.
