H.E. Ling Rinpoche Delivers Speech at Valedictory Session of the Inaugural Global Buddhist Summit in Delhi, India

On 21st April, H.E. Ling Rinpoche delivered a speech during the valedictory session at the successful conclusion of the first Global Buddhist Summit in Delhi, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India and International Buddhist Confederation (IBC).
