H.E. Ling Rinpoche Presides as Chief Guest with Honorable Members to Celebrate His Holiness the Dalai Lama

On September 7th, H.E. Ling Rinpoche presided over and gave a talk as the Chief Guest, alongside Honorable Pema Khandu, Chief Minister, Assembly members of India, members of the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh, honorable members of the Central Tibetan Administration, and many distinguished guests, to celebrate the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama according to the Tibetan Lunar Calendar, as well as the 65th anniversary of His Holiness’ first teaching given in exile in Mon Tawang. The program was organized by the Monpa community at Theckchen Choeling, Dharamsala.
