H.E. Ling Rinpoche Participates at International Abhidhamma Divas Day, Accepting Chivar Dana and Expressing Gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for Recognition of Pali as Classical Indian Language

On October 17th, H.E. Ling Rinpoche participated in the International Abhidhamma Divas Day alongside Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who offered Chivar Dana to Rinpoche and other senior monks from various Buddhist traditions. The event was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and the International Buddhist Confederation at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
H.E. Ling Rinpoche expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Modi for the recognition of Pali as an Indian classical language. This important step honors the rich heritage of Buddhist teachings and the profound legacy of the Pali language in Indian history.
