H.E. Ling Rinpoche Gives Public Talk and Presides Over Groundbreaking Ceremony at Paonta Cholsum Tibetan Settlement

H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited the Paonta Cholsum Tibetan Settlement, where he delivered a public talk to the community and presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Buddha Park.
The visit was marked by a warm reception from the head of settlement and others.
