His Eminence Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche visited Guwahati, Assam, overlooking the mighty Brahmaputra River, known in Tibet as the Yarlung Tsangpo, flowing from the Tibetan Plateau through the Himalayas towards the plains of Assam.
