H.E. Ling Rinpoche Grants Audience to Tibetan Institute of Dialectics Students from Vietnam

H.E. Ling Rinpoche granted a special audience and gave teachings to students from Vietnam who have been studying online with the Tibetan Institute of Dialectics and were participating in the graduation ceremonies in Dharamsala.
