H.E. Ling Rinpoche Presides Over Opening Ceremony and Consecration of Delek Hospital’s New Emergency Room and Outpatient Department (OPD)
On the occasion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 86th birthday, H.E. Ling Rinpoche presided over the opening ceremony and consecration of Delek Hospital’s new Emergency Room and Outpatient Department (OPD) in Dharamsala. During the visit, Rinpoche shared advice and gave a talk to the hospital’s doctors and nurses.
