࿑ ༸སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཡོངས་འཛིན་གླིང་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་གིས་ཤྲིར་ལངྐའི་ཡུལ་དུ་མཛད་འཆར།
༡༽ སྔ་ལོ་ཕྱི་ལོ་ ༢༠༢༤ ལོ་དྷ་སར་༸གོང་ས་༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་ལ་སྲིད་ན་རྙེད་པར་དཀའ་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིང་བསྲེལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཕུལ་བའི་བཀའ་དྲིན་རྗེས་དྲན་དང་། འདི་ལོར་༸གོང་ས་༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་རྒྱལ་དབང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་གཟིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་མཆོག་དགུང་གྲངས་༩༠ ལ་ཕེབས་པའི་སྐུའི་གོ་སྟོན་སྲུང་བརྩིའི་སླད་དང་། མགོན་པོ་གང་ཉིད་བདག་སོགས་བསྟན་འགྲོའི་མགོན་དུ་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཞབས་པད་བསྐལ་བརྒྱར་བརྟན་ཅིང་མཛད་འཕྲིན་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱས་པ་དང་། བོད་རང་དབང་བདེན་པའི་ཉི་མ་མྱུར་དུ་འཆར་བའི་སླད་དུ་ཤྲཱི་ལངྐའི་ཡུལ་དུ་ནང་ཆོས་ཐོག་མར་སྲོལ་གཏོད་མཁན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཨ་ཤོ་ཀའི་རྡོ་རིང་གསར་བཞེངས་ཀྱི་མཐུན་འགྱུར་གསོལ་སྩལ་དང་། མཛད་སྒོའི་དབུ་བཞུགས་སུ་ཆིབས་བསྒྱུར་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིང་བསྲེལ་མཇལ་ཞུ་དང་ཐུགས་སྨོན་མཛད།
༢༽ ཤྲཱི་ལངྐའི་ནང་དུ་ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་ཆེན་པོ་༼སི་ཡམ་ནི་ཀ་ཡ། ཨ་མར་པུ་ར་ནི་ཀ་ཡ། རཱམནྱ་ནི་ཀ་ཡ་བཅས་༽གསུམ་ཡོད་པ་ལས། ད་ལན་ཨ་མར་པུ་ར་ནི་ཀ་ཡའི་ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ནས་༼འཇིག་རྟེན་དོན་དུ་སློབ་དཔོན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་རྒྱན།༽LOKARTHACHARYA DHARMA VIBHUSHANA གཟེངས་བསྟོད་ཅེས་པ་༸སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཡོངས་འཛིན་གླིང་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ལ་འབུལ་བཞེས་མཛད། གཟེངས་བསྟོད་འདི་བཞིན་ཆོས་བརྒྱུད་དེའི་ཐོག་ནས་དེ་སྔ་འབར་མའི་བླ་ཆེན་ཞིག་དང་། ཐ་ལཎ་ཌིའི་བླ་ཆེན་ཞིག་ལ་འབུལ་གནང་མཛད་འདུག། །ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། དེའི་ནང་ནས་བོད་བརྒྱུད་ནང་བསྟན་གྱི་བླ་ཆེན་ཞིག་ལ་འབུལ་བ་ཐོག་མ་དེ་རེད་འདུག། །
༣༽ ཤྲིར་ལངྐའི་ནང་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་གླིང་ལེགས་སྦྱར་དང་པ་ལིའི་རིགས་གཞུང་སྤེལ་རེས་ལྟེ་གནས་ཁང་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་རིང་བསྲེལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་གདན་ཞུ་དང་མཆོད་འབུལ་མཛད་སྒོའི་ཚོགས་མགོན་དུ་བཀའ་དྲིན་བསྐྱངས་པ་དང་དེ་བཞིན་༸གོང་ས་༸མཆོག་གི་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཀྱི་ཉམས་ལེན་ཁང་ཞེས་པ་གསར་བསྐྲུན་གྱི་ས་གཞི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་ས་རྡོ་རྨང་འཇོག་གནང་། དེ་བཞིན་༸གོང་ས་༸མཆོག་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཞབས་པད་སྲིད་མཐར་བརྟན་པའི་སླད་ཕྱུགས་རིགས་ཚེ་ཐར་དང་། སློབ་ཕྲུག་གི་འཁོ་ཆས་སྦྱིན་གཏོང་གནང་བ་བཅས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་པར།།
H.E. Ling Rinpoche offered the first replica of the Ashokan Pillar in Waskaduwa, Sri Lanka to the people of Sri Lanka – dedicated to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama on the auspicious occasion of His 90th Birthday.
This offering pays heartfelt tribute to His Holiness’s extraordinary life and his boundless contributions to the preservation and flourishing of the Buddha Dharma. It also carries profound prayers for the freedom and well-being of the Tibetan people.
The offering further expresses deep gratitude for the generous and historic gesture of the Sri Lankan people, who offered the sacred Buddha’s bone relics to His Holiness the Dalai Lama in April 2024.
H.E. Ling Rinpoche in turn, was also honored with the rare title “Lokārthācārya Dharma Vibhūṣaṇa” – the First Mahayana Tibetan Buddhist Leader to Receive This Distinction.
The Sri Sambuddha Sasanodaya Sangha Sabhawa, a chapter of the Amarapura Maha Nikaya—one of Sri Lanka’s principal Buddhist monastic orders—conferred upon His Eminence Kyabje Yongzin Ling Rinpoche the rare and distinguished honorary title “Lokārthācārya Dharma Vibhūṣaṇa,” meaning “Adornment of the Dharma, Teacher of Global Welfare.”
This prestigious honor is bestowed in recognition of His Rinpoche’s exceptional contributions to the welfare of humanity and the promotion of the Buddha’s teachings. The title has been awarded only twice before—to the most senior monks of Thailand and Myanmar—and now, for the first time, to a Mahayana and Tibetan Buddhist leader, acknowledging His Eminence’s far-reaching and compassionate efforts in spreading the Buddha Dharma throughout the world.
The unveiling ceremony of the commemorative plaque was graciously conducted by Rinpoche.
