H.E. Ling Rinpoche arrived at Samyeling Tibetan Settlement in Manju-ka-tilla, Delhi where a very warm reception was held with great joy and reverence, led by representatives of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Bureau Office – Delhi, along with the monastery administrators, settlement representatives and various organizations’ representatives, together with school students and the general public.
