Ling Rinpoche led a gathering at Nalanda Monastery with the City Mayor & Deputy, local VIPs, representatives and devotees from Nalanda Monastery-FPMT, Institut Vajrayogini-FPMT, the Himalayan and Tibetan community of Toulouse, and people from many other European countries, who joined in a joyful celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 89th birthday.
