On the morning of 24th August, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was very warmly welcomed with a great traditional ceremony by the Abbots of Sera Mey and Sera Jey, representatives of Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement, and other dignitaries of Sera Monastery, in Bylakuppe, South India.
