On 20th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave an audience and advice with a Q&A session to the Summer Tibetan Studies Program Tibetan students from North America and Europe, organized by the Tibetan Children's Village.

On 16th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave a teaching on the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation to a group of nuns and lay people from South Korea, and spoke to Korean Buddhists via the Buddhist Television Network (BTN).

On 13th of July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche paid respects to the Dhamekh Stupa in Sarnath, Varanasi, UP, where Buddha first turned the wheel of Dharma.

On 13th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to participate and speak at the celebration of the Dharmacakrapravartana - commemorating Buddha's first turning of the Wheel of Dharma, in Sarnath, Varanasi, organized by the Government of India's Ministry of Culture and the International Buddhist Confederation. In attendance were chief guests, the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh - Smt Anandiben Patel, the Minister of State for Culture - Smt Meenakashi Lekhi and many other Indian and foreign dignitaries.

On 9th July, long-time friend Richard Gere visited and paid respects to H.E. Ling Rinpoche, at Ling Labrang in Dharamsala.

On 8th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche welcomed and gave a talk to a group of visiting Russian devotees from Kalmika, at Ling Labrang in Dharamsala.

On 6th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche attended the Inaugural Ceremony of the new Dalai Lama Library and Archive in Dharamsala, on the auspicious occasion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's 87th birthday, in the presence of His Holiness. Rinpoche later attended His Holiness' birthday celebration at Theckchen Choling, organized by the Central Tibetan Administration.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche wishes His Holiness the Dalai Lama a very Happy 87th Birthday! May this upcoming year be auspicious for His Holiness, with excellent health and all aspirations perfectly accomplished. May His Holiness enjoy a very long and stable life so he may continue to benefit countless beings!

On 27th June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche bestowed the Avalokiteshvara Initiation and gave teachings to a group of students from Labsum Shedrup Ling Center in South Korea, at Ling Labrang, Dharamsala.

On 25th June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave an audience to a group of students from 26 universities around India involved in the Gurukula Program, organized by the 'Foundation for Universal Responsibility' of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Rinpoche gave a talk with Q&A session.
