On 10th February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche received Serkong Tsenshab Rinpoche at Ling Labrang during the celebration of Losar (Tibetan New Year).

࿑ བོད་ཤིང་འབྲུག་ལོའི་དགུང་གསར་དུས་སྟོན་ཉིན་་༸སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཡོངས་འཛིན་གླིང་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་ནས་མཆོག་གསུམ་རྒྱལ་བ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་གསོལ་འདེབས་སྨོན་འདུན་ཤུགས་དྲགས་དང་འབྲེལ་སྣང་གསལ་མར་མེ་ཞལ་དབྱེ་མཛད་ཅིང་། ༸གོང་ས་༸སྐྱབས་མགོན་༸རྒྱལ་བའི་དབང་པོ་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་པར་མཐོང་གྲོལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཇལ་དར་བཅས་ཕུལ་ཏེ་མགོན་པོ་གང་ཉིད་སྐུ་ཚེ་ཞབས་པད་བསྐལ་བརྒྱར་བརྟན་ཅིང་། ཐུགས་བསམ་ལྷུན་གྱི་འགྲུབ་པ། ཡངས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་འདིར་རང་བྱུང་གནོད་འཚེ་དང་། ནད་མུག་དམག་འཁྲུག་སོགས་སྙིགས་མའི་རྒུད་ཚོགས་ཅི་མཆིས་རང་སར་ཞི་ནས་འཛམ་གླིང་ཞི་བདེར་གནས་པ་དང་འགྲོ་རྣམས་ཆོས་འབྱོར་བདེ་སྐྱིད་རྫོགས་ལྡན་གྱི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པ་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྨོན་ཚིག་གསུང་སྐབས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་པར།

H.E. Ling Rinpoche started his first day of the Tibetan and Lunar New Year with offerings to the Three Jewels, offering khatas to Lord Shakyamuni Buddha and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and to His Holiness Dalai Lama, and making prayers for world peace and the long life and perfect health of H.H Dalai Lama. Rinpoche is praying for the happiness and benefit of all sentient beings everywhere, for all their virtuous activities to be successful, and for the holy Buddha Dharma to flourish in this world. Today on 26th January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche sends his warmest greetings to everyone in India on the occasion of India’s 75th Republic Day!

On 22nd January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche attended the Shri Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha celebrations at Ayodhya, which was also graced by the presence of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and other dignitaries and religious leaders from many different countries and faiths.

I wish to extend my warmest greetings and appreciation for the sincere efforts of everyone involved in preparations for the Shri Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha celebrations at Ayodhya.

I am delighted to be able to participate in the celebration of this important historic event, which is also graced by the presence of our Nation’s Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and other dignitaries and religious leaders from many different countries and faiths.

This event marked the accomplishment of the hopes and aspirations of many people. The establishment of this holy statue and temple contributes to spreading peace and harmony in this world and will benefit many sentient beings. I am inspired by the virtuous intentions and activities of all those who have made the building of the statue and the opening ceremonies possible.

On 15th January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s Tutor Geshe Thubten Rapgay was enthroned as Lama Umze and Junior Abbott of Gyumed Tantric Monastic College, during an official ceremony at Gyumed Tantric College in Hunsur, South India.

On 4th January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s precious teacher Geshe Thubten Rapgay had an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Bodh Gaya. His Holiness expressed congratulations to Gen la on his recent appointment as Lama Umze and Junior Abbott of Gyumed Tantric Monastic College.
