H.E. Ling Rinpoche arrived to Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal where he received a warm reception from the representatives of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), the President of the Gelug Association and Gelug Monlam, all the heads of Gelug monasteries and nunneries, and other local representatives.
Rinpoche will lead the 33rd Nepal Gelug Monlam and give teachings and initiations.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited Drepung Loseling Jangchup Choeling Monastery in Laxmi Nagar-Delhi where he gave a teaching on The Eight Verses of Thought Transformation and bestowed the oral transmission of The Principal Aspects of the Path.
Drepung Loseling Jangchup Choeling offered a long life prayer, led by Khensur Rinpoche Lobsang Samten, the recent Abbot of Drepung Loseling Monastery in South India.
The event was attended by the CTA’s Secretary of the Department of Religion and Culture, members of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, representatives of all monastery administrators, local leaders of the Delhi Tibetan community and the general public.

On the auspicious occasion of Losar, the Tibetan New Year, H.E. Ling Rinpoche had a precious audience with His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet. During this profound and heartfelt meeting, H.E. Ling Rinpoche made a sincere request for His Holiness to live long for the benefit of all sentient beings.
Rinpoche also fervently prayed: “In lifetime after lifetime, without interruption, until I reach the stage of complete enlightenment, may I never be separated from your holy presence, guidance and blessings. May I always be able to perfectly follow your precious advice.”
His Holiness accepted H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s heartfelt request.
Such a moment was deeply significant, marking an auspicious beginning to the new year and reinforcing the timeless bond between His Holiness the Dalai Lama and H.E. Ling Rinpoche.
May these prayers be swiftly fulfilled of the benefit of all!
