I wish to extend my warmest greetings and appreciation for the sincere efforts of everyone involved in preparations for the Shri Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha celebrations at Ayodhya.
I am delighted to be able to participate in the celebration of this important historic event, which is also graced by the presence of our Nation’s Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and other dignitaries and religious leaders from many different countries and faiths.
This event marked the accomplishment of the hopes and aspirations of many people. The establishment of this holy statue and temple contributes to spreading peace and harmony in this world and will benefit many sentient beings. I am inspired by the virtuous intentions and activities of all those who have made the building of the statue and the opening ceremonies possible.

On 15th January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s Tutor Geshe Thubten Rapgay was enthroned as Lama Umze and Junior Abbott of Gyumed Tantric Monastic College, during an official ceremony at Gyumed Tantric College in Hunsur, South India.

On 4th January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche’s precious teacher Geshe Thubten Rapgay had an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Bodh Gaya. His Holiness expressed congratulations to Gen la on his recent appointment as Lama Umze and Junior Abbott of Gyumed Tantric Monastic College.

On 1st January, on the occasion of the start of the New Year, H.E. Ling Rinpoche enjoyed an audience with Kyabgon Gongma Trichen Rinpoche in Bodh Gaya. Kyabgon Gongma Trichen Rinpoche kindly offered H.E. Ling Rinpoche valuable advice, and they had a wonderful exchange and shared dharma wisdom. Kyabgon Gongma Trichen Rinpoche offered a precious statue to H.E. Ling Rinpoche.

On 12 – 13th November, H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited Hanoi, Vietnam where he gave teachings on Introduction to Buddhism at two monasteries – Hoa Phuc Monastery and Phu Coc Temple.
