H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave a public talk and teachings on the Four Immeasurables, and bestowed the Vajrasattva Initiation and Refuge Vows at Yeshin Norbu Meditation Center-FPMT in Stockholm, Sweden.
During these three days, Rinpoche also held separate meetings and gave talks to the Tibetan community and students from many countries, including Sweden, Finland, Denmark and many others.

H.E. Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche held a special meeting with the Tibetan community in Sweden, with many Tibetans from Norway and Denmark.
Rinpoche gave teachings and encouraged everyone to preserve our language, culture and religion, to follow the advice of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and to raise their children according to our precious Tibetan traditions while teaching them the Tibetan language.
Rinpoche also reminded the community that Tibetans living in the diaspora are the voice of our brothers and sisters inside Tibet and must remain united. Every morning, first thing in the morning, we should pray for the long life of our Root Guru, His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave a public talk on The Importance of Cultivating a Loving Heart for Inner Peace & Happiness at Yeshin Norbu Dharma Centre-FPMT in Sweden.
Rinpoche emphasized that true inner peace and lasting happiness do not arise from external conditions or material possessions, but from within our own mind. By transforming our inner world, we create the causes for genuine contentment that is stable and enduring.
Rinpoche also encouraged us to reflect on how deeply we have been conditioned towards competition and self-centred thinking—from a young age, we are often trained to focus on “me” seeking more power, more success, more recognition. In this way, the sense of “I” becomes stronger, while our natural capacity for connection and care for others can become obscured.
Rinpoche gently pointed out the paradox of our times: although we all say we wish for peace in the world, even at the highest levels, peace is often pursued through strategies rooted in conflict and defense. This invites us to reflect—can true peace arise without cultivating peace within our own hearts?
He guided us to understand the difference between attachment and genuine loving-kindness. While attachment is mixed with expectation and self-interest, true loving-kindness is unconditional—simply wishing for others to be happy.
Through meditation, we can gradually familiarise ourselves with this pure intention, softening the grip of ego and opening to a more balanced, compassionate way of being.
Following the talk, an auspicious meeting took place with the organizer of Europe’s Walk for Peace, Ven Bhoonthim, a Thai monk who organizes yearly Peace Conferences, with participants from all over the world. He offered Rinpoche a Peace Medal as a gesture of respect and shared aspiration.
May we take these teachings to heart and continue to cultivate a loving heart—for the benefit of all beings.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche bestowed precious teachings on The Heart Sutra, bestowed the Orange Manjushri initiation and Refuge Vows at Ganden Buddhist Meditation Center-FPMT in Riga, Latvia. The two-day program brought together many devoted students and practitioners to receive Dharma guidance and blessings.

The TIPA events are currently being held across Europe, including Austria, Germany, Switzerland, England, and other countries. These beautiful performances play an important role in preserving and promoting Tibetan culture, music, dance, and traditions. We warmly encourage everyone to attend and support.
