ཞྭ་སེར་བསྟན་པའི་མཛེས་རྒྱན་མཚུངས་མེད་སྐྱབས་རྗེ་ཡོངས་འཛིན་གླིང་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མཆོག་མོན་འབུམ་སྡེ་ལ་ཐུབ་མཆོག་དགའ་ཚལ་གླིང་གྲྭ་ཚང་དུ་ཆིབས་སྒྱུར་བཀའ་དྲིན་བསྐྱངས་ནས་འདུ་ཁང་གསར་བཞེངས་ལ་ཐུགས་སྨོན་རབ་གནས་མཛད་པའི་སྐུ་པར་འགའ་སྤྱན་འབུལ་ཞུས།
On 26th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was warmly welcomed at Thubchog Gatsel Ling where Rinpoche consecrated the newly constructed monastery and blessed all the ordained sangha and devotees.

On 20th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave an audience and advice with a Q&A session to the Summer Tibetan Studies Program Tibetan students from North America and Europe, organized by the Tibetan Children’s Village.

On 16th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave a teaching on the Eight Verses of Thought Transformation to a group of nuns and lay people from South Korea, and spoke to Korean Buddhists via the Buddhist Television Network (BTN).

On 13th of July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche paid respects to the Dhamekh Stupa in Sarnath, Varanasi, UP, where Buddha first turned the wheel of Dharma.

On 13th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to participate and speak at the celebration of the Dharmacakrapravartana – commemorating Buddha’s first turning of the Wheel of Dharma, in Sarnath, Varanasi, organized by the Government of India’s Ministry of Culture and the International Buddhist Confederation. In attendance were chief guests, the Honorable Governor of Uttar Pradesh – Smt Anandiben Patel, the Minister of State for Culture – Smt Meenakashi Lekhi and many other Indian and foreign dignitaries.

On 6th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche attended the Inaugural Ceremony of the new Dalai Lama Library and Archive in Dharamsala, on the auspicious occasion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 87th birthday, in the presence of His Holiness. Rinpoche later attended His Holiness’ birthday celebration at Theckchen Choling, organized by the Central Tibetan Administration.
