On September 3 – 6th, H.E. Ling Rinpoche led preliminary prayers and rituals at His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s temple in Dharamsala in preparation for a Long Life Prayer Ceremony (Tenshug) to be offered to His Holiness the Dalai Lama by the Chief Minister and people of Mon, Arunachal Pradesh in India on September 7th.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited Zurich where he bestowed the Medicine Buddha initiation and the Praise to Manjushri (Gang Lo Ma) transmission, along with valuable advice about preserving culture and religion, for the local Tibetan communities and others.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to Rikon Monastery in Switzerland, which was built in 1968 and consecrated by H.H. the 6th Kyabjé Yongzin Ling Rinpoche and Kyabjé Trijang Rinpoche. Rinpoche was warmly welcomed by the Monastery’s Abbot, Board Members and Monks.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche arrived to a very warm welcome in Switzerland yesterday by the Abbot of Rikon Monastery, Representatives from the Office of Tibet, the President of the Tibetan community in Switzerland, the local Tibetan community, as well as other hosts and students.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche enjoyed several events with the Tehor community in Belgium, including an honorary dinner and picnic, a celebration of H.H. the Dalai Lama’s birthday, and awarding certificates to the top students in Literature and Tibetan.

During August 2-4, 2024, H.E. Ling Rinpoche spent 3 days with the Tibetan community and other students in Belgium, where Rinpoche gave valuable advice, observed a debate, enjoyed cultural performances by the community, and conferred lay vows and the White Tara Long Life Initiation, hosted by Shedroup Tengye Ling in Antwerpen.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave teachings and conferred the Hayagriva, Vajrapani and Garuda (Ta Chag Khyung Sum) initiations for the local Tibetan and Himalayan communities and other students in Paris, France.
