On 9-11th November, H.E. Ling Rinpoche continued his Vietnam tour in the city of Dalat, where Rinpoche visited many places and gave teachings and bestowed initiations.

On 3rd - 8th November, H.E. Ling Rinpoche commenced his first visit to Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City. Rinpoche was invited by the Chairman of the Central Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Ven Thích Thiện Nhơn to His Temple, where a warm welcome to Vietnam was offered. Rinpoche was also invited to Vietnam’s Buddhist University in Ho Chi Minh City where he gave a talk to the student monks and nuns. During the two day teaching days in Ho Chi Minh City, Rinpoche gave Lamrim Teachings, the Avalokitesvara Initiation and Refuge Vows.

Rinpoche’s first teaching in Vietnam happened in an unplanned manner at the temple of the famous Xa Loi Pagoda, where Rinpoche gave a spontaneous teaching on The Foundation of All Good Qualities - the essence of the stages of the path to enlightenment. This coincided with the Buddhist holy day of Lhabab Duchen, which was considered to be an auspicious sign.

Warmest wishes from H.E. Ling Rinpoche on Lhabab Duchen - the holy day celebrating the anniversary of Guru Shakyamuni Buddha's descent from the God Realm of Thirty-three. May all Dharma activities on this auspicious day be successful!

On 17th September, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave an online teaching on Practicing Compassion through the Profound View and gave oral transmissions on Praise & Prayer to Noble Avalokitesvara composed by the 7th Dalai Lama, as well as Praises to the 21 Taras, at the conclusion ceremony of two recent FPMT events - the Regional East and South East Asian FPMT Virtual Mani Retreat, and the 100 Million Mani retreat hosted by FPMT Mongolia.

On 15th September, H.E. Ling Rinpoche is pictured with a beautiful double rainbow appearing over His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s residence in Dharamsala, spanning the sky from His Holiness' residence to the tip of the Dhauladhar Himalayan Mountain Range.

H.E. Ling Rinpoche wishes all the citizens of India a very happy 77th Independence Day! May this year bring about further peace and prosperity to India to achieve its aims.

On 29th July, at the invitation of the Indian Embassy in Moscow, H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited and delivered a concluding talk at the Buddhist Thangka Exhibition and cultural program, organized by the Indian Embassy and the United Religions.

On 24 - 26th July, H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited Ust-Ordynsky and Irkutsky Datsans in Irkutsk, Russia.
