On 28th February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was warmly welcomed to Drepung Loseling Jangchup Choeling Monastery in Delhi, by the local people, the Gyagar Khampa. Rinpoche was invited to give teachings, bestow the Buddha Amitayus Long Life Initiation (Tsewang) and Oral Transmissions of the 21 Taras the next day.

On 27th February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche presided as the Chief Guest and delivered a speech at the launch of three publications by Professor C. Upendra Rao: The Spread of Buddhist Thought, Essentials of Pali Language & Literature and Vajirasara, organized by the Indira Gandhi International Centre for Arts (IGNCA), under the Government of India’s Ministry of Culture, in Delhi. The event was attended by participants from JNU and other university students, professors and staff, and honorable dignitaries including Venerable Jhado Rinpoche, Dr. Vinay Sahahrabuddhe ji, Dr. Sachchinanda Joshi ji, Venerable Dhammapiya, Professor C Upendra Rao ji, Professor Sudhir Lall ji and Dr. Ashish Bhave ji.

On 23rd February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited as the Guest of Honor and gave a talk at the official Losar Celebrations at Samyeling Tibetan Settlement Office in New Delhi. The event was attended by distinguished guests Shri Kiren Rijiju Ji, Honorable Union Minister of Law & Justice, Government of India, Mrs. Gyari Dolma, Kalon, Department of Security, CTA, Shri Indresh Kumar Ji, Patron, Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch, Mr Lobsang Shastri, Representative of Bureau of HH the Dalai Lama, New Delhi and Mrs. Rinchen Lhamo, Member-Buddhist, National Commission for Minorities, Government of India.

Ling Rinpoche presided as Chief Guest over the presentation ceremony of 108 Mongolian Kanjur volumes, organized by the Government of India - Ministry of Culture's National Mission for Manuscripts under IGNCA, in Delhi. The event was also attended by honorable guests Smt Meenakshi Lekhi, MoS Ministry of Culture and External Affairs, the 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, Dr. Vinay Sahashrabudhe, Chairman of ICCR MEA, Dr. Sachchidan and Joshi Members, Secretary of IGNC, Shri Suresh Soni (ICCS), Dr. Ashish Bhave Director (ICS), a representative of the Mongolian Embassy, a representative of the Tibet House Delhi, Mr. Abhijit Halder DG, Mr. Tsering Wangchug ED of the International Buddhist Confederation and many other national and international dignitaries.

On 18th February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche met with the 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra at the presentation ceremony for the 108 Mongolian Kanjur volumes in Delhi.

On 15th of February, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) in Dharamsala, where he gave a talk to the teachers, staff and students on the importance of preserving Tibetan culture.

On 3rd January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche received a visit from the reincarnation of Kyabjé Trulshik Rinpoche at Gaden Phelgyal Ling Monastery, Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

On 2nd January, H.E. Ling Rinpoche visited the International Sati School for Meditation and the Bunhwangsa of Jogye Order of Korea, in Bodh Gaya, Bihar.
