On 25th June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was received by a very warm reception of reverence and radiant smiles at Singapore Changi Airport. Representatives from Gaden Shartse Dro-Phen Ling, Amitabha Buddhist Centre, Tibetan Buddhist Centre, Sera Jey Buddhist Centre and Maha Tare Buddhist Centre, as well as many students and devotees extended a most joyful welcome to Rinpoche. This is H.E Ling Rinpoche's 4th visit to Singapore, with the 2 weeks of Dharma activities hosted by Gaden Shartse Dro-Phen Ling.

On 20th June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche had an audience with and received valuable advice from His Holiness the Dalai Lama at His Holiness’ residence in Dharamsala. His Holiness offered Rinpoche a statue of Lord Shakyamuni Buddha, with many prayers for dear Rinpoche.

On 6th June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche gave teachings and conferred the Medicine Buddha initiation in France, hosted by l'Institut Ganden Ling, the center of Kyabjé Dagpo Rinpoche. Rinpoche enjoyed spending a few days with Kyabjé Dagpo Rinpoche at his residence.

On 3rd June, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to visit the Vietnamese Congregation in France’s Pagode Khánh Anh in Evry, where he gave teachings and conferred the Buddha Amitayus Long Life (Tsewang) initiation. Rinpoche was very warmly welcomed by the Head Monk - Venerable Thich Quang Dao, Catholic Priest Patrick Nouma Anaba (Representative of His Eminence Michel Pansard, Bishop of Evry-Corbeil-Essonnes diocese), Mrs. Daphné Ract-Madoux (Senator of Essonne), Mr. Narendra Jussien (Deputy Secretary General of the Prefecture of Essonne), Mr. Thomas Boudeau (Commissioner General of Essonne - French Police), Mrs. Michèle Delepine (Retired Commissioner General of Essonne - French Police), Mrs. Marta Sanchez (Elected from the City of Evry-Courcouronnes), Mr. Thupten Tsering (Representative of the Office of Tibet in Paris), and Venerable Guétsulma (Representative of Dagpo Rinpoche.)

On this holy Saka Dawa, H.E. Ling Rinpoche prays for all virtuous activities on this holy day to bear fruit. May all beings be free from suffering & attain perfect happiness!

On 31st May, H.E. Ling Rinpoche bestowed a Buddha Amitayus Long Life (Tsewang) initiation and gave advice to a large gathering of Tibetans in France.

On 30th May, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was invited to visit the French Parliamentary Senate where he met with Senators from the French Tibet Support Group, Senator Jacqueline Eustache-Brinio (President), Senator Josephe Elsa and Senator Jacquemet Annick. Rinpoche was accompanied by Thupten Gyatso (Tibetan Parliamentarian). Rinpoche discussed many important Tibetan issues with the group.

On 27-28th May, H.E. Ling Rinpoche taught the Bodhisattva's Jewel Garland by Atisha Dipamkara at Dachang Vajradhara Ling in Normandy, France.

Ling Rinpoche arrived in Paris, France and was warmly welcomed by the Representative of the Office of Tibet in Brussels, the Assembly Member for Europe for the Tibetan Parliament (CTA), the CTA Liaison Officer for France, the President of the Tibetan community in France, and representatives of the hosting Dharma centers.
